VinoPeak, operated by Remy Leroux, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on any paid subscription. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
All payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@vinopeak.com and we will help process the refund through Paddle.
Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access for the remainder of the current billing period.
